This is an incredible combo for vegans and non vegans alike. We have locally grown green cabbage stuffed with wild rice and local spinach, roasted to perfection. We are going to serve this with our house made lentil meatballs and top it all with scotty’s amazing mushroom sauce. Lentil Balls will be in sauce, stuffed cabbage will be on top of sauce.
